Hops and honey are harvested onsite at our farm brewery. We gather honey from our pesticide-free wildflower-nourished beehives. Honeybees also enjoy protection from the hops grown on the farm brewery. Free from any artificial ingredients or processes sugars, quality local ingredients are used in producing our craft beer and mead (honey wine).

Our family business strives to conserve the environment by using local ingredients to produce each delicious batch. Our carbon footprint is minimized through the use of roof-mounted solar panels. Local suppliers complete any ingredients we cannot source onsite. Spent grain is recycled in a variety of beneficial ways.
